The best part about Starbucks these days is the utilization of mobile ordering. Why wait in line to place your order when you can literally do it on your phone? I've used the mobile order feature twice at this Starbucks inside South Coast Plaza and each time, it beat waiting in the line. The baristas are efficient and you can even order water cups on the app too. I forgot to ask for water via the app and did so when my drink was ready and the barista took a few minutes to get it for me because I disturbed her flow. No matter, I was fine waiting a bit. This Starbucks is located downstairs across from the Uniqlo on the side formerly occupied by Sears.

Hands down the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. It's almost comical how bad it is. Most of the workers are rude and there is no sense of urgency. The drinks are also rarely consistent. The worst part is how few employees are working at once. This Starbucks gets busy, and there is usually only one person working the cashier and warming. Last time I went in, no one was ringing up anyone for almost ten minutes. If I don't mobile order, no joke, it's a 30 minute Starbucks "run".

Just to get oatmeal at this time is terribly forever like 20minutes:((( only one bArista and one cashier at this time and the only one restroom is so filthy!!

Definitely fits the south coast plaza vibe of rude and oblivious to the people around them. I tried to get multiple team members attention nicely until i finally had to be a little more demanding for them to even acknowledge my existence. Big surprise oh and then got a crazy attitude when i asked about my drink that i waited 20 minutes for after ordering it online. God for bid you have to remake something i never got.
